		The first step in creating a successful project is to start out with a great design. Great design happens by having a well thought out plan that blends your needs (function), the layout of your particular space (form), and your unique tastes (style.) Our degreed design professionals will help you walk through this process to develop a plan for your outdoor space that fits your distinct needs. Each project, according to its individual elements, will determine the extensiveness of the design process. Randol's is a design/build landscape company, meaning that we design the projects we install. Although we would welcome a plan you already have for construction, we do not design any projects that we will not build. This saves our clients time and money by keeping the project moving, since we do not need to do detailed construction drawings. Before any estimates or construction can begin we need, at minimum, a scaled plan view layout of your project. Just as homebuilders have plans drawn by an architect, in the same way, this tool allows you to know what to expect as a final outcome. With this tool in place, you will also be able to get an exact project cost. Should you need to install the plan in phases, according to your budget, you can know that the final outcome will still blend nicely.
